Writing in general can be a scary thing. A really good story challenges your inner psyche so much that often an act of bravery to process a scene. However, it is my opinion that this is what truly makes a great story. Also, some stories are never meant to be written because it is just too much for the author to bear. Or maybe it is because the story can be expressed in another median, which is fine. How do you know if your story should be told? Should be tackled by you? Also, how do you know you are ready to write it? Well, I think Bill Cosby says it best. Love this quote and I ask myself this question every time my brain thinks of a character, situation, or scene.
